Microsoft MakeCode
Microsoft MakeCode is a coding platform that simplifies the programming of microcontroller-based devices. Kids new to coding can start with colored blocks that can drag and drop onto their workspace to construct their programs. When they are ready, they can move into text-based languages such as Python.
Python
Python is a powerful text-based programming language that’s easy to learn and fun to use. The rules of Python syntax are simple enough for anyone to learn, even for kids with no programming experience.
Microsoft MakeCode Arcade
MakeCode Arcade is a platform for anyone to code and creates impressive 2D arcade games using Blocks, JavaScript, and Python. You can play the games in the browser, but for a more fantastic experience, you can play them on various dedicated handheld consoles.
